Abby has always had a heart for helping others. Prior to becoming a therapist, Abby received her Bachelor's in Social Work from Arizona State University where she worked with Phoenix Fire Department's Crisis Response Unit. Upon graduating, she worked as a police officer for Phoenix Police Department as a patrol officer and detective. After leaving the department to become a stay-at-home mom in 2015, Abby continued to hone her skills of supporting others through various ministries at her church. She recently graduated with her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary and has experience working with families, couples, and adolescents.

Abby's clinical focus includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief & loss, trauma, spirituality & faith, and more. She has experience working with first responder families and military, as she has a passion to serve those who serve. Abby utilizes research-based and empirically evidence supported modalities, such as EFT
and Gottman Method. She is currently accepting new clients for couples, individual, and
adolescent therapy.

With an extensive and diverse career spanning over 33 years, Janet Carpentier, MSC, LAC, LISAC, is a seasoned addiction therapist who has honed her skills in a wide array of cultural contexts and environments. Her remarkable experience encompasses treating Gambling/Processing Addictions, Substance Use Disorders, Trauma, Mental Health challenges, Co-occurring conditions, couples and Families dealing with underlying issues.
Janet's expertise extends to addressing ACA (Adult Children of Alcoholics) and Alanon-related concerns, reflecting her comprehensive approach to healing. Her multifaceted background and deep understanding of various therapeutic modalities enable her to provide holistic support and make a profound impact on individuals, couples and families on their paths to recovery.
